Harkins Ticket Prices

The theatre chain has always been considered different from others in the industry since the company has aligned towards giving good services that really matter. One of the earliest Harkins Theatre (College Theatre, now Harkins Valley Art) offered innovative services such as glow in the dark carpet for easy guiding in the dark and headphones for the hearing impaired.

The Harkins Theaters has a very friendly ticket pricing structure, giving good entertainment to the public.

Reviews on Harkins

A quick google search will get you many reviews of moviegoers from nearly every location Harkin operates in. Most of the reviews are positive, praising the happy and cooperative staff. This is expected since the theater is founded on the principle of giving good service to the people at an affordable rate. The staff is very interactive and it is the little things that they do that sets the cinema chain apart, from greeting and willing to help you at all times to giving you free popcorn voucher if it is your birthday (Be prepared to show your ID to confirm).

Apart from a few negative comments, which are mostly related to the cleanliness during busy days, most moviegoers are satisfied with the services, be it the cinema hall or the concession stand quality and prices.

Harkins Loyalty Programs

Very much unlike theatres, Harkins offers regular loyalty programs. Regular patrons are also very happy with the loyalty program at Harkins. The most popular is their souvenir loyalty cups. Each year, a new cup is offered with a new movie theme. Patrons who by the cup can bring it to the theater each time they watch a movie and get a $1.50 refill free for the year. Harkins also had another loyalty program where they offered T-shirts. Guests wearing the T-shirts were entitled to free medium sized popcorn for a year. This has been replaced with Popcorn Perks, where the entitlement has been reduced to 36 perks a year. A specific portion of the Popcorn Perk sales goes to Phoenix Children’s Hospital Center and Blood Disorders.
